The Perfect Breakfast

I totally enjoy this meal of the day. I have found that my fruit smoothie consisting of an apple, orange, banana, strawberries, blueberries and xango is my favorite. But it is nice to have a variety but those are my favorite fruits. When I make it for just Cliff and I I make it a little more pulpy. Sometimes I add a mango, pear, peaches. For the grandchildren I smooth it out. Along with my fresh juice of the day I have a sprouted whole wheat bagel with coconut oil spread on it with plain cinnamon. I drink a glass of water before and a glass after to rinse out my glass so I get every last taste of the juice.

Essentials

I was talking with my good friend Lois. She was referred to this doctor that she went to see and Lois was telling her about all of the different suppliments that she was taking. The Doctor told her that half of those pills are going right through you. All you need every day is an apple; orange; and banana every morning. All those fruits have the vitamin and minerals that you need. Hurrah! That is what I have had every morning for the last month. Of course I have also added blueberries; mango; strawberries; peaches; pears from time to time. I am grateful that I am getting all of the vitamins naturally. Plus the only other pill that she needed was a Vitamin D3. Which I have been taking.
